At the helm is Founder and Managing Director Katlego W. Makgata (Pr.Eng, M.Eng, PMP). Katlego is a registered Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with Bachelor and Master of

Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria. He also holds additional qualifications in business and project management.

He has extensive work experience in project engineering and project management within the nuclear and mining industries. The skills acquired include the development of projects from feasibility study through to construction and handover.

Katlego has been extensively involved in the execution of projects including business case development through financial modelling, project management, planning, design, procurement, contract management, construction management and commissioning.

Katlego has been involved in the design, construction, commissioning, operations and handover of numerous multibillion-rand process plants in the platinum and iron ore sectors in various provinces in South Africa. The scope included surface and underground infrastructure such as conveyors, pump stations, workshops, processing plant, tailings dams to name but a few.
